We're building the store assistant we wished our own shops had.

PapChat is a small team building for direct-to-consumer brands in India and the United States. We were tired of bots that confidently invented answers and bills that punished a good month.

Most chatbots are sold on ticket deflection. We think the real money is in closing the sale — and the only way to do that without burning trust is to ground every answer and refuse when unsure.
